At Cooking Baz’art, combining healthy eating and well-being comes naturally. We have created tailored workshops in cooperation with highly qualified and certified partners who share our holistic approach to health.

Yoga brunch

Participate in a Hatha yoga class (all levels welcome) with our certified partner @cattush_yoga. Then move into the kitchen: prepare and partake in a healthy and delicious brunch of champions!

Isabelle shares her chef tips and techniques. One Sunday a month. Limited to 8 participants.

Hatha yoga, all levels.

10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Hatha yoga class with Catherine

12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Cooking class with Isabelle

Typical menu: energy bites with dates, grains and cacao nibs; detox juice and fennel water; Arlette’s gluten-free green couscous with argan oil and steamed lemon; spring greens

AMMA MASSAGE THERAPY

Rooted in centuries-old Japanese and Chinese medicine, Amma massage therapy helps to stimulate your body’s energy flow.


Conducted in a seated position while fully clothed, Amma relieves muscle tension through a series of 148 acupressure points along the body’s meridians.


Let yourself go in the expert hands of Karen, Mylène or Olivier, certified Amma massage therapists.


The 20-minute massage is an ideal way to start or finish a cooking or well-being class at Cooking Baz’art. Amma massages are only offered in addition to another Cooking Baz’art activity.

EndoAND NUTRITION

The way you eat will not cure endometriosis, but it is an important factor to consider.
