We are very fortunate to have met Alexandre, the founder of Profil Grec. To step into his store is to be transported to the Peloponnese and the Cyclades Islands. Alexandre’s passion about his products is infectious. He supplies Cooking Baz’art with superb feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil, Kalamata olives and Santorini PDO fava.
